Mustafa Önder Yücel was born in Burdur in 1958 and completed his secondary and high school education at Eskişehir Anatolian High School. After graduating from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Metallurgy in 1981, he completed his master's degree in Materials at Istanbul Technical University, Institute of Science and Technology. He also studied MBA at Istanbul University Business and Economics Institute.
He entered the heat treatment industry in 1981 and had experience in the automotive industry between 1984 and 1986. He returned to the heat treatment industry in 1986. By establishing a new business in 1991, he moved from studies in the field of salt bath and induction to studies on modern production equipment such as atmosphere-controlled furnaces and vacuum furnaces. Since 1993, it has started its work in the field of tool steels along with heat treatment. Since then, it has carried out studies on heat treatment of tool steels, expansion of heat treatment facilities, sales and marketing activities of tool steels and special steels, introduction of newly developed products to our industry, and finding solutions to problems experienced in application areas. He experienced traditional and modern management approaches while performing senior and board level duties in the Turkey operations of a group that is the largest international tool steel and special steel producer.
As of December 2022, he started working at Alpha Metalurji.
Mustafa Önder Yücel is married, has three children and speaks English.

Beril ERAY, who was born in Samsun in 1995, graduated from Eskişehir Technical University, Department of Materials Science and Engineering in 2019, after completing her high school education at 19 Mayıs Anatolian High School. She worked on 2 projects with Tusaş Motor Sanayi (TEI) for 13 months. During this period, she completed her undergraduate thesis on determining the maximum operating temperature of superalloys, and in addition, she carried out studies on the creep behavior of notched superalloys. Professionally, she worked as a Special Process Quality Engineer at Alp Aviation for 1 year in 2020. Since May 2021, she has been working as Aviation and Defence Special Process Manager at Alpha Metalurji A.Ş., which was formed as a result of the merger. Beril ERAY speaks English fluently.

Çiğdem TEKBAŞ was born in Sivas in 1979, completed her high school education at Tuzla Anatolian High School in Istanbul. She continued her university life at Sakarya University and after studying at the English Preparatory Department for 1 year, she studied at the Mechanical Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering for 4 years and graduated in 2007. She completed her internships in manufacturing companies and finally at Arçelik A.Ş. She completed her studies in the Mechanical Department at the Çayırova facility. She started his working life for a short period in an arms industry company, and continued as a Quality Engineer in another company producing for the automotive and white goods main industries, and later worked as an Integrated Quality Management Officer in the same company. Finally, she worked as Quality Management Officer atİnsa Isıl İşletme A.Ş in 2019. Since May 2021, she has been working as Quality Assurance Manager at Alpha Metalurji A.Ş., which was formed as a result of the merger.
TAYSAD Facility Manager
Evren SARAL was born in Üsküdar in 1978 and completed his secondary and high school education in Istanbul and graduated from Sakarya University Metallurgical Engineering Department in 2000. In November 2000, he started working at İnsa Heat Treatment Company, in the induction heat treatment process production and quality laboratory. He started his master's degree at Sakarya University in 2001. After completing his military service in 2003, he started working as the Induction Heat Treatment Process Production Planning and Machining Production Manager at İnsa Heat Treatment Sancaktepe Campus. In parallel with these duties, he took part in the establishment of the quality management system. In 2012, he took part in the establishment of a continuous reforming furnace and the automation processes of induction heat treatment benches. Evren Saral, who is married and has a child, has been working as Facility Manager at Alpha Metalurji A.Ş., which was formed as a result of the company marriagesince May 2021.

KILIÇ VURAL GÜNGÖRMUS was born in Kocaeli Gölcük in 1982 and graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Metallurgy and Materials Engineering in 2005, and started his master's degree at Istanbul Technical University, Institute of Science and Technology. During his master's degree, he worked as a Sales Engineer in a company that supplied casting materials and as an R&D Engineer in a System Technical Company. In 2008, companies operating in the field of Steel and Heat Treatment in Bursa; He worked as Facility Manager, Sales and Marketing Responsible. During this period, he took an active role in business development processes with mold manufacturing companies, especially in the automotive and white goods sectors. He graduated from the Master of Business Administration program at Uludağ University in 2016. In 2021, he continued his working life in a company that provides contract heat treatment services in Istanbul and serves as the European Region Sales and Marketing Manager at Alpha Metalurji AŞ.
