It has been prepared to ensure that its personnel act in the best interests of the company and fully comply with the ethical rules determined according to company values, responsibilities and priorities. Ethics Regulation applies to all ALPHA METALURJİ A.Ş. It covers its employees.

It is a special issue for the personnel to evaluate their time outside of working hours. However, it does not allow its personnel to engage in practices that may affect their performance and harm their business.

Benefit

“Benefit” is defined as a gift, tip, or any service of monetary value.

* No personnel or personnel relatives should have a relationship with competitors, suppliers or any other company with which they can directly or indirectly benefit.

* Personnel are employed by a competing company or ALPHA METALURJİ A.Ş. Those who will do business with should not be the owner or partner of a private company.

* No employee may directly or indirectly ask a company to do business without compensation on behalf of himself or his acquaintances.

* It is not allowed to use company information, product or program for personal benefit or to make it available to third parties

Gifts and Gratuities

* Personnel, ALPHA METALURJİ A.Ş, he/she cannot accept money, sample products or a gift that is not commensurate with his/her salary fromany person or organization that does or wants to do business with.

* Personnel are obliged to report suspicious situations to their manager.

* Gifts received during holidays and New Year's Eve are considered to have come to the company. How these gifts will be used is determined by the General Directorate.

* Dinner invitations from companies we do business with can be accepted if the content is business-related.

Illegal Behaviors

* Coming to the workplace with a weapon, explosive or flammable material.

* Removing non-custodial property from the workplace without obtaining written permission from the department manager.

* Knowingly and willfully damaging the belongings of the company or company personnel.

* Misleading, altering, destroying or eliminating company reports or records, or helping anyone else to do so.

* Being a member of illegal organizations.

Improper Use of Confidential Information

* Each personnel, ALPHA METALURJİ A.Ş,must know that all financial and commercial information concerning . is proprietary and confidential to the company.

* This type of information is never discussed outside the framework of the assignment.

* No personnel other than the person(s) authorized by the company can provide information about the company to any media member or interview them on these matters.

* Trade Secrets and Proprietary Information;

All kinds of commercial, professional and technical information acquired by the personnel due to their work and duties in the workplace are considered "confidential". Company personnel are prohibited from providing information to third parties on the following matters without authorization by the Senior Management.
