Information about the Personal Data Protection Law

Alpha Metalurji A.Ş. takes security measures at the highest level possible within the framework of the relevant legislation in order to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored and shared in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy.

Our aim; In accordance with Article 10 of the "Personal Data Protection Law" No. 6698 and in line with your satisfaction, it is to inform you in the most transparent way about the ways your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, the persons with whom it is shared, the legal reasons and your rights.

a) Data Controller:

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law No. 6698”), your personal data; Alpha Metalurji A.Ş. is the data controller. It will be collected and processed within the scope explained below.

b) Purpose for which Personal Data will be Processed::

Our company may collect personal data in categories such as identity information, contact information, customer information, customer transaction information and legal transaction information from parties such as customers, employees, potential customers, potential employees, business partners and suppliers.

Your collected personal data;

-To be able to offer our company's products and services to you, to organize records and documents, to comply with information storage, reporting, information, tax and other obligations stipulated by local and international legal legislation,

-For the purpose of determining and implementing our company's commercial and business strategies; managing financial operations, communication, market research, purchasing operations (request, offer, evaluation, order, budgeting), internal system and application management operations, legal operations,

-To examine, evaluate and respond to requests from official authorities or you, your information will be processed within the Personal Data Processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred

Your collected personal data; limited to the achievement of the above-mentioned purposes;

-To persons or organizations permitted by the Turkish Commercial Code, Turkish Code of Obligations and other laws and legislation,

-To legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities and legal authorities,

ç) Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data

Your personal data is processed by our Company within the framework of the legal legislation for the above-mentioned purposes and the performance of the contract, if it is clearly stipulated in the law, if your personal data has been made public by you, if it is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of the rights to be granted to you; It is collected in a way that does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, and is limited to the existence of legal reasons such as it is mandatory for our Company to fulfill its legitimate interests and legal obligations.

) Personal Data Owner's Rights Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698. As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights through the methods set out below, your request will be concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. No fee will be charged for the answer given.

In this context, personal data owners;

– Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

-Requesting information if personal data has been processed,

-Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,

-Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

-Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

-Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

-To object to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems

-In case of damage due to illegal processing of personal data, they have the right to demand compensation for the damage.

If the requested information and documents are not provided as required, there may be disruptions in the complete and qualified conduct of the research to be carried out based on your request. ALPHA METALURJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ DATA OWNER APPLICATION FORM

GENERAL DESCRIPTIONS

Personal data owners ("Applicants"), defined as relevant persons in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), are granted the right to submit certain requests to data controllers regarding the processing of their personal data in Article 11 of the Law. In accordance with the first paragraph of Article 13 of the Law, applications regarding these rights must be submitted in writing to ALPHA METALURJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“ALPHA METALURJİ”), which is the data controller. In this context, applications to be made "in writing" to ALPHA METALURJİ can be made by filling out this form; A copy with a wet signature can be sent in person, through a notary, by registered letter or by personal application to “Dudullu Organize Sanayi Bolgesi Mah. If another application method is determined and announced by the Board, announcements regarding these methods will be made on ALPHA METALURJİ's website. Your applications submitted to ALPHA METALURJİ will be answered within 30 (thirty) days from the date your request is received by ALPHA METALURJİ, depending on the nature of the request, in accordance with the 2nd paragraph of Article 13 of the Law. The answers given by ALPHA METALURJİ will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with Article 13 of the Law. If your application requires an additional cost, you will be required to pay the fee determined by the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the Data Controller issued by the Personal Data Protection Board. If a written response is given to your application, no fee will be charged for the first 10 (ten) pages, and a processing fee of 1 TL will be charged for each page over 10 (ten) pages. If the answer to your application is given on a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, you will be charged a fee equal to the cost of the recording medium. ALPHA METALURJİ reserves the right to make changes regarding the Board decision regarding the application procedures or the legal regulations to be issued in the future.
