As a result of the developing technology and the requirements of the modern age, he has been serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alpha Metalurji A.Ş., which was formed as a result of the company marriage as of May 2021. Hasan ÇEP was born in Trabzon/Of in 1964 and graduated from Istanbul Technical University in 1990 as a Metallurgical and Materials Engineer after completing his primary, secondary and high school education in Of. Hasan Çep also served as TTGV field committee member in 1997-1999, TÜBİTAK MAM President Advisor in 2012-2013, and TÜBİTAK-TEYDEB Executive Board Member in 2015-2018. He is one of the founding partners of Teknovals Makina A.Ş., which started its operations in Istanbul Esenyurt in 2010 with the aim of producing special tools, guides and machine parts, and he still continues to be a Board Member of this company. Fatih TAMAY was born in Istanbul in 1957 and graduated from ITU Aeronautical Engineering in 1980. He started his career as a Purchasing Engineer at Anadolu Automotive Industry, a subsidiary of Anadolu Group, and continued as a R&D Engineer within the Turkish Air Force in 1982. Following this position, he served as Purchasing Chief, Production Planning and Stock Control Manager and Purchasing Manager at Anadolu Isuzu, the first Turkish-Japanese Joint Venture Automotive initiative in Turkey. During the same period, he also served as the Chairman of the OSD Automotive Industry Association Purchasing Committee. He served as the Sales Manager responsible for Sales, Service and Spare Parts since 2001, and led the restructuring of the Turkish Dealer Network. During this period, he also served as the Chairman of the OSD Automotive Industry Association Marketing Committee. In 2006, he was appointed as Sales and Marketing Director and was responsible for Sales, Marketing, Service, Spare Parts and Export Operations, and worked on the establishment of the Overseas Distributor Network. Between 2012-17, he worked on Corporate Governance by taking part in the Anadolu Isuzu Board of Directors, Audit Committee and Early Detection of Risk Committee. He has participated in fairs, conferences, trainings, etc. in various countries, especially Japan, Thailand and Germany. Tamay, who left Anadolu Group at the beginning of 2017, works towards the institutionalization of Family Companies by taking part in the Boards of Family Companies as an Independent Board Member.
